Important SHIPPING Info for jumping spiders

All Spiders purchases are non-refundable once we have shipped. We are not responsible for losses due to missed attempts of delivery, it is a live animal you are getting and its your responsibility to track and be home on day of delivery.  If you received a Dead on Arrival (DoA) then we need to be contacted within the delivery hour. You must submit a picture with your claim. Upon approval of your claim, you have a couple of options. The first option is having us ship you a replacement spider, although discounted shipping costs ($25.99) will be the responsibility of the customer. If the replacement spider is DOA, we would then refund your purchase price (excluding the shipping costs) via paypal or credit card, depending on your method of payment. 2nd option would be store credit for amount paid before shipping.
